Faster Challenge Score Messages

描述
Move challenge score notification to the bottom right banner so it don't take out too much time.

The bottom right banner can be disabled entirely in XComGame.ini

Works for both offline challenges and Legacy Ops.

Comapbility:
Overrides X2Action_ChallengeScoreUpdate

So this does work in making messages faster but it does not appear to actually subtract points from your score for things like soldiers getting wounded or dying. At least in random generated Legacy Operations this is the case.

@Rainbow Dash: Offline challenges and Legacy Operations are new game modes introduced with the Tactical Legacy Pack dlc. Both have a score system where you get ponts by killing aliens and completing objectives, and loose points when your soldiers get wounded or killed.
