Adds the nearby star, Ross 248 to the map.

A couple of map addons use the same UID for their stars. The result is that there is one star with all the planets of all addons in it.

@Frogboy: Please choose a random UID for your star and it's planets otherwise the system won't be able to place it.

I also didn't get Ross 248. After checking various things, I found that it doesn't appear if I have Wymdo's Retreat enabled, but it does appear if I have Wymdo's Retreat disabled. It's one or the other.

In the search bar in the sector map I typed ross. Only ross 154 becomes listed.

I've subscribed. I've enabled the mod. I've launched the mod. There is no Ross 248.
