Texture mods like this one can be activated manually and safely ignore the warnings (or edit the xml to remove the warning).

Folks, follow the main mod from Nals to know what's going on. Nals is currently working to resolve animation issues due to changes with how 1.5 renders stuff.

I wouldn't expect any updates for his other mods until that one is resolved. The fellow is a japanese, and I don't believe English is his/her native language.
