Make sure to read the descriptions of the mods if you are not already familiar with them!

Per request here's the road layout I used for screenshots of my distribution center. They use the awesome parking lot roads by Badi_Dea, so make sure you get those. I used the poorly maintained ones, so you'll need them for this to work. If you prefer the other ones you can always upgrade the layout to those.

You'll also need Move It to move the buildings in place since they overlap with the roads and the roads have no zoning grid.

If you want to get rid of the lamp posts, you'll want to get Network Skins, upgrade the roads to something else temporarily, select the roads and remove lamp post with Network Skins, then upgrade to the roads again. The last image shows the type of road used in each bit, so you can upgrade to the right ones again.

If you want to decorate with props you'll need either More Beautification or Find It as well as Prop Anarchy.

Distribution center, required props and vehicles can be found in this collection.

@EmperorDarthSidious (NL): You can use Prop It Up to remove any props you don't want, like the parking spots. Make sure to enable the extreme mode (otherwise you can't remove decals like the parking spots) and save before doing this. If your RAM is full or close to, removing props can cause the game to crash. If that happens, you can set Prop It Up to do the switch next time you load the game.

I'm not sure I'll do the rail stations in white. They are kinda annoying to set up. I'll consider it though. :)

Hello Samantha, first of all, thanks a lot for these beautifull assets. They fit well in my indystrial areas. However, how much I love these corner buildings from DHL, DPD etc...I can't fit them in this road-asset. When I place the buildings with the corner pieces from CIM they fit nice because there are no parking spots in front of those corner-pieces. The other corner-pieces like those from DHL etc. have parking spots in front of the building and when I use those for my warehouse park it doesn't look very nice. Is there anyway possible to remove those parking spots in front of those buildings as well ? Oww, and by the way...can those rail-stations be in the same white color as the rest of the buildings ? Thanks a lot !
