LD Join/Leaves

This addon:
- Prints a message to chat when a player starts to connect to the server.
- Prints a message to chat when a player is fully connected to the server.
- Prints a message to chat when a player leaves the server.

This is mainly designed for dedicated servers where join/leave messages don't exist (or at least, they don't on my server), but it should work in singleplayer/listen servers (I've only tested it in SP with one player).

Since the server relies on the client to tell it when a full connection is established, the server includes protection to prevent malicious clients from spamming the chat with "fully connected" messages.
