A lighter version of my modular distribution center in anticipation of the Industries DLC. This one works with Ploppable RICO for those who prefer it. Shown here with the Parking Lot Roads - see the last screenshot for how they look without extra decorations.

@Overlord: The color. ;) The original is black walls. The roof is new too. Also the lines haven't changed, those aren't from the Parking Lot Roads (then cars would park there, which doesn't really make sense). It's a texture change with a different corner piece. :)

What exactly changed apart from the vanilla parking lines were replaced by badi_dea's parking lot roads? :) a.k.a. what is "lighter" in this case? Thanks
