Well actually the Native American name translations in the app I use can be VERY diverse and interesting, such as Tehya which translates to "predous" which, well, honestly I can't find a definition for "predous", and then there is Tansy which translates to "name of a flower", then there are the more *NORMAL* names like Kuwanyamtiwa which means "beautiful badger going over the hill" and Magena which means "moon".
There really would be plenty of the sort of names Rimworld ships with, they'd just be in a different language but then their meaning would be lost on us for story telling character building purposes.
Still though I love the concept of this mod, I just wish it had some tribal names from the other continents as well.
