Your deadbeat cousin has lied his way into a job at a nuclear power plant. Help him regulate the power levels.

Hey, me again! This is working great! But look, I'm having trouble getting this reactor to do what I want, and I think my boss is getting suspicious. Do you think you could get the reactor to put out power at the level they want? I don't want them to catch on, so leave the coolant pumps to me - I'll do that part, you just make sure the control rods are set right. And don't blow me up please.

This is a fun problem you made here!
The tweaking i had to do to my code to get the timing right took a while, but it is fun to see the results of your tweaks when you run it and think what you can change to get closer to your goal!
