can u make a rocket silo that has no cooldown even when upgraded to warhead and it fires out 2 warheads and 2x the amount of normal missiles ?

the whole spooling up thing and such isn't really possible in forts, and the gun is only effective at close range afaik. So consider that as a no ;)
