Edit:
The Need For Speed: Underground Pack will be released on Friday around 3p.m. CST; It will also include the 3 weird vinyls (you can see them in my artwork) and they will go on the Nissan Silvia S15 from TDM

i used the phys gun to put it under the car, freeze it, weld it to the car, unfreeze it, and disable collisions for the lights

i tried using those lights already before and they just scrape the ground and stear and slow the car down
