描述
A little thing I created where I took the sounds from the HEV suit in HL2 and used them in Garry's mod to sound when you die, start taking damage, respawn, etc.

This was only made for fun and serves no real purpose other then to potentially annoy you. I might add a ConVar to turn all of this off in the near future.

Could you make it clientside, so you could hear it on servers without the server having the addon?

the only callouts i get are: USER BLOOD LOSS, USER DEATH EMINENT, MINOR FRACTURE
