You will need to download ALL of the listed props to achieve the paths shown in the pictures.
I've put them in a collection for easier downloading.

By the way, I got a missing assets error. It seems that these props listed below are also required:

In short. No. Sorry.
It relies on the props made by external creators. Game assets, whilst less taxing on the memory aren't of the same design & quality & therefore wouldn't achieve the end design & result here.
After dark DLC is probably the most purchased & recommended DLC if you don't already have it.
