As a Great Power, you are now able to trade in a debuff to national stats for full permanent claims along then entire border of your greatest enemy, allowing you to secure your future holdings with true claims!

Not currently, but I can certainly include it as an option upon game start (which will go away after 1 week) which can allow you to enable it.

I am currently working on a tool for @Formable Nations Reworked so I am a bit swamped but I'll add it to my list for sure.
