the only advice I found so far is the following:

"Standard advice for this kind of situation - restart your computer, delete steam download cache, unsubscribe and resubscribe to mods, reinstall the game. This is a well known issue with steam workshop mods that affects numerous games, and I don't think there's any advice specific to XCom 2 that can be given to you."

reinstalling the game might be a little extreme considering it's size, but maybe you can check the game files for errors instead, that might help

do WOTC voice packs show up? The only advice I have for now is to reinstall them all, but I am not sure that this will fix it. You could try it with only a few for the start and see if those work. I'll search the internet for similar problems

i tried it with only the voice packs and WOTC mods enabeld and they still dont show up

same. I've used tonns of vanilla voicepacks.

hmm... it's possible that one of the vanilla mods that are enabled cause the game to crash. but voicepacks should work though, I have tons of vanilla voicepacks running in my WOTC game

ok so voicepacks do NOT work the WOTC versions of mods i used for vanilla dont show up at all so i cant remake my soldiers and flags dont port over ether. ontop of that my game crashes 4 times out of 5 on launch
