Latest Update Changes (as of 03/08/23):

(Description partially re-written as its been over 2 years since the last update)

**Newest Changes**
- Infantry use any available RPG in inventor before knives against enemy infantry
- Infantry prioritise enemies within a much smaller range than vanilla over attackers, resolving wonky behaviour in CQB
- All grenade launcher infantry now spawn with their counterpart weapon & a pistol sidearm (ie, they noew carry the grenade launcher variant of their weapon & the original weapon to utilize both in battle)
Note: Grenade launcher infantry now will prioritise their ordinance depending on if the enemy is in cover or in a susceptible vehicle.
- Shotgunner units of all kinds have now been given triple the grenades they typically would spawn with to compensate for their lack of potential sidearm usage (Reason for this is due to weapon priority and unfortunately in short any smallarms weapon with better range takes priority to shotguns)
- Infantry will now prioritise frags over flashbangs for enemies in bushes, but flashbangs over frags when enemies are in cover or out in the open.
- Infantry will now utilize Molotovs when they have exhausted all other types of grenades on enemies (this is dependent on if the enemy is in a bush / behind cover / out in the open, with the latter requiring all ammo depletion before any grenades are used)
- Reworked / changed the maps which have Evacuation and other modes added to them (for example, larger maps like Delta) - They look a little wonky in the menu by name; but they work as intended.
- Removed changes to Conquest in prior updates




"What does this mod contain?..." - If you want the short version:
- 50% increase in view distance for soldiers, battles now engage from more realistic ranges whilst not hurting the gameplays balance
- Bodies / Destroyed Vehicles / Weapons / etc have 5x the limit so battlefields show more war torn features for much longer but whilst not overly affecting performance / multiplayer syncing
- Field of View changes for TPS and FPS views to make them feel more akin to more common game equivilents which are not as "zoomed in".
- Modern added items such as Ballistics shield, Glock 17 w/ extended mag, P90.
- Halo Skins / Breeds, Jackal Shields, SMG, Assault Rifle(s), Plasma Rifle, etc.
- Well over 200 humanskins! (Black ops, Division, BF3 & More!)
- Custom made maps!
- Veterency levels up to 10 instead of only 5
- Weapon skills up to 15 instead of 5
- Conquest is now more infantry oriented, but does still contain all vehicle types.
- (Some) SP maps edited for MP usage (Domination, Evac, Combined Arms, etc)
- Priority tweak to stop soldiers staring into walls while getting shot
- Priority tweak so soldiers will prioritize weapons (fixing the grenade launcher units auto-switching to any rifle/pistol/etc)
- AI tweak so now soldiers will make use of Flashbangs, Frags & Molotovs when necessary~
- Added a bunch of other maps to the new game modes Conquest roster!
- Veterency made much more useful (More HP, More Stamina, weapon skill increase per level, etc)
- Weapon Skill levels now can go up to 15 maximum instead of standard 5! - more skill variety.
- Veterency can go up to level 10 instead of only 5

TROUBLESHOOTING:
- Make sure you're using the current stable build "1.228.0"
- Disable other mods to check it is not one of those crashing you
- Verify your games files in Steam
- Delete any modified content in Resources folder (If you're familiar with which files are ones you've modified!)

"I'm not on the Open Beta, how do Yuppy?"
to do this, go to Call to Arms in your steam library, right click the game and look for "Betas" tab and then opt in for the current open beta. Have fun!

A lot of the assets used in this are from other mods and credit is given, however many of them are also altered to work with the latest CtA version and a lot of the time custom values/scripts, if you wish to use anything from this mod in your own mod, please provide credit to myself & the original modder for assets taken.

Could you make a "lite" version for this mod that only add the improvements to the game mechanics, but doesn't add extra content like the:

Its because i like the improvements to the mechanics and stuff, but i'm not planning on using these skins and i would like to save up on space on my computer.

doesnt work with warfighter anymore. this error pops up, idk if its a me problem but it used to work.

I honestly couldn't tell you personally; I'd test it and see how it handles it; What I can say though is that this mod is designed to have minimal impact on most things other mods tackle so theoretically it should be compatible.... But I cannot guarantee it

You might investigate using Jones generic Mod Enabler to do this more safely. Look up JGSME in google. I use it for a lot of games.

Hi there, I've never done this myself but if I remember correctly you should be able to move the folders into the game directory (For example, Resource folder should match the install location Resource folder, you can overwrite this to merge the files) and it will install over the base files, I would not recommend this method however and I cannot help you if you do this and it ruins your game.

It would be far more beneficial to use it as intended in the mod form, I hope this helps!

Hello, is there a source code or something like that, because I want to install it in the root of the game so that experience is given for playing with mods???
Or tell me how to install the mod in the root from the steam workshop
