Replaces Submachine Gun (SMG) with FHR-40 Windfall from Call of Duty Infinite Warfare.

FHR-40 Windfall is an epic variant of FHR-40 smg. It's a Kendall Ballistics bullpup submachine gun resembling an FN P90. Offsets modest range with an extreme fire rate thanks to a unique magnetic bolt carrier.
