Truly Virtuous Triumph

Changes the Virtuous Triumph ability to 100% Zeal on Kill, instead of 25% chance, like before 1.2

Playing as an Inquisitor (Cipher + Paladin), I loved having Virtuous Triumph, allowing the "spam" of Flames of Devotion > Soul Annihilation > Repeat.
Of course, it could be too powerful yet it was fun.

This mod simply reverts the change made to Virtuous Triumph in 1.2.0 back; instead of 25% chance to recover 1 Zeal on kill, it's 100% chance.
