This asset is based on the Statendam apartments in the center of Rotterdam (Netherlands).
A 73m heigh residential built between 2006 and 2009.
It is my second building creation of my "Rotterdam build" series.

It is a 4x4 building, ploppable and RICO ready.

@Merkeln: Strange that it pops up as growable as it is set as ploppable. I am not sure if recent game updates have changed anything to it.

Sadly its spawning as growable all around the city. I don't know if this was intended but it happen to me
