Better Leader Trait Descriptions

The original traits for some civilizations are either not well explained, badly formatted, or a civilizations main power comes from an UU/UB/UI which goes without mention. This mod aims to fix that.

This mod does not need any DLC or GnK, but changes some of those too.

This mod currently changes the following leader descriptions:
* Montezuma (Tells you how much culture for each kill now)
* Gandhi (Instead of using unhappiness to show a bonus it now uses happiness icon, and makes the con's text red)
* Isabella (Now tells your about the Conquistador's hugely unknown ability)
* Catherine (Now has icons for the resources, and tells %)
* Genghis Khan (Tells you the Khan is a Great General replacement and has a medic promotion)
* Sejong (Now clarifies the ''tech boost'' and what a ''science building'' is)
* Harun al-Rashid (Now tells you about the really powerful Bazaar Building)
* Theodora (Now tells you the ''bonus Belief'' can be from any category)
* Pacal (Now tells you that after all Great People have been chosen, they can be chosen again)
