(This is my first character mod pls dont kill me)
This mod adds a new playable character Pikachu
he starts with Jacob's Ladder
has 2 dmg high speed and high shot speed

@Arcane Can you replace Jacob's Ladder with a custom-colored variant of Technology (Pale Blue, without an extra costume, for Pikachu's lightning attacks) & 120 Volt (Zaps nearby enemies automatically, representing Pikachu's normal ability, Static), please?
