If we ban the flags, can we ban fascism and Imperiarism? In think we can not ban because some countries activity.
In 1933 the President who were chosen by German ordered that tricolor flag was used as national flags and Hakenkreuz was used as secondary national flags. On the other hands, On WW2, Rising sun was not used as national flags. In the first place, Rising sun was used as military flag in modern and today's Japan. it is same to UK's Naval Ensign.
In Japan, Rising Sun Flag has been used as national flag of Japan since 1854 to 1872.
WW2 was a global war that lasted from 1939 to 1945, wasn't it? 1st poit is that zone range is not same.
If it should be ban because of activity of Japan at WW2 and we should judge everything by the same values, we should ban U.S.A flags, UK flags, the tricolor flag(Franc, Italy and so on ) because of invasion to Asia, Africa and South America and violations of human rights. why not?

That Rising Sun Shape has same meaning as Hakenkreuz.
Nazi originated from Nazi, Politicians.
Imperial Japan Militarism originated from Army.
Nazi used Hakenkreuz, IJ used Rising Sun.
In Europe, Hakenkreuz was prohibited, In Asia, Rising Sun was prohibited.
But Japanese SDF is still using that flag as a symbol although other countries' dissuasion.
Please think again, think about the people on the other side.
