And so, whether you are here to stay, or passing through on your way to parts unknown - welcome to City 17. It's safer here."

In this addon, you can now turn all of the Rangers into Wallace Breen. So far this is only the reskin as I plan on releasing a sound mod for Breen in the coming days. I made this skin with the help of Nimrod Hempel who helped me with the head skins as those were broken during early development, hence why I have featured him on this piece of work.

I always wondered what it would of been like for the Combine (Universal Union) to of found us at this point in history. They say the men were menner (Is that even a word?) back then and even if their weapons would of not of been as powerful as even modern ones, I wonder how well they could of held out. That is a century or two difference, maybe the Combine themselves were not as technology advanced as we see them in HL2. Maybe it would of led to a steam punk future...

Yes, the textures are also the same name which was a coincidence. The ranger is basically a modified model of Breen with the inclusion of the hat he wears.

Full-fledged model on the character? Abruptly. Can you make a model of John Marston to replace Desperado? Plz. It would really fit into the game. It is already converted to the source engine...
