gm_industrial AI Navigation Fixed

This is a fixed version of Subs Industrial's Nodegraph for NPCs, and i have added a Navigation Mesh for Nextbots too.

It features:
-Fully noded ground.
-Fully noded rooftops for SNPCs to jump.
-A perfect functioning Navigation Mesh.

The map is included, you don't have to subscribe to anything but this one.

PINK AND BLACK REFLECTIONS:
If you see any broken reflections (pink and black textures in the walls), the solution is typing in the console: mat_specular 0
This command should instantly fix the issue.
Also if you want this as default, you can stick that command in "autoexec.cfg" file in GarrysMod/garrysmod/cfg.
