Ultimate Trait - Choshu

描述
Adds many traits from other factions to Choshu.
For further information look at the picuture.

The military mission traits are also changed. You can pick now any military mission and get all of the bonuses(precision +5, naval precision +5 and artillery precision +5) instead of just one.

Keep in mind that this also effects the AI if it plays this faction.
Note: It's kind of cheaty.

This doesn't appear on my clan management page. Is it still working? Also, you should add the other clans special traits as well, such as shorter siege times and replenishment in enemy territory.
