Seagulls - Stop it Now

描述
Down to the beach I'm strollin',
but the seagulls poke at my head -not fun.
I said seagulls, stop it now.

Everyone told me not to stroll on that beach.
Said seagulls gonna come. Take a stack of coconuts.
And they did.
And they did.

This mod adjusts cancer birbs so that they no longer eat an entire stack of items, but rather a maximum of 1 pound of food. One item minimum. This fixes a gamebreaking issue with resource stacking mods, where 2,000 raw meat can disappear with nothing more than a single CAW!

This mod will only change newly spawned dinos, so extinct any existing icthyornises once the mod is active on the server.

Can't get this to work on my dedicated server, any advice?

-Subscribed, copied mod over from my singleplayer into my servers content/mods folder.
-Added to my server startup bat: ?GameModIDs=1521488411
-Added to my GameUserSettings under [ServerSettings]: ActiveMods=1521488411
-Reset server, destroyed all wild dinos.
-Gave myself 100 narcotics
-Bird stole and ate all 100 in one swoop.

I feel like I'm missing some important step...
