As someone previously mentioned here, I get something similar that happens with a noise playing after you fire a round from the weapon. It's not consistent, but it does happen on occasion.

Try overwriting the sound file to the L4D2 source file

pretty nice, but for some reason i hear screeching after firing the thing, takes a second to start doing it, otherwise this is a nice g3

This is really nice. Wish I could see these animations ported over to the default left 4 dead 2 AK47. Would finally be the best animtions worth using.
