CrocWorks' Fire Emblem Civ: Talrega-Haar

Mod made by CrocWorks to add Haar from Fire Emblem Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn as the leader of Talrega into Civilization 5.

MOD HAS BEEN RENAMED: CrocWorks' Fire Emblem Civ: Talrega-Haar
Fixed a Trigger issue regarding Civ 4 traits support (Financial, Protective)
Fixed a Trigger issue regarding KFER support (Prefers Ashera)
Fixed a Trigger issue regarding Affinities support (Wind)
UU now has a dragon model complete with animations. (borrowed from Kiang's Fire Emblem Great Person's mod)
Haar has received a voice on the Diplo screen
Haar has updated DOM art
Haar has updated Diplo art
Added support for "The Emblem Project" mod; Haar's UU will require a wyvern resource if that mod is active.
If Emblem Project is active, Haar favors flying units but does not favor magic units.

Basic typo fixes for dialogue. Added some more custom dialogues for certain civs.
Adjusted AI so Haar (hopefully) doesn't spam roads/railroads as much
Added compatibility with Bingle's Civ IV traits mod and the mod that allows Fire Emblem civs to have said traits. Haar is Financial and Protective.

NOTE!!! If you are running the Fire Emblem Affinities mod, it is not recommended that you run the Civ 4 traits mods at the same time.

-Fixed a bug that allowed any civ to purchase the UU with faith.
-Added some more Unique Dialogues with certain civs.



UA: Life on the River's Flood
Receive an extra trade route so long as Talrega's capital remains uncaptured. Units and caravans can travel along rivers without movement penalties. Talregan cities built on a river receive a boost to defense and HP.

UB: Wyvern Postal Hub
Unlocked at Horseback Riding and replaces Caravansary. Provides +1 Happiness, and upon the research of Printing Press +2 Gold. Allows airlifts to other cities. Land Caravans originating from this city have double the usual range. Land trade routes originating from this city provide double gold when connected to another major civ.

UU: Wyvern Convoy Bomber
Bomber Unique Unit unlocked at Rifling. Receives the Logistics and the +1 Range promotion for free which can transfer upon upgrading. Promotes into Great War Bomber.
