Jason's Simple Regen (Request)

As requested by Sir Hennington, this is a much simpler,
more user-friendly but less customizable and detailed health regeneration addon. You can customize how fast your health regenerates, as well as the delay before the regeneration starts. There is no spawn menu yet, but you can customize it with these console commands:

jsr_delay_before_heal (Default 3) //The time in seconds it will take for the regeneration to start.

jsr_delay_while_healing (Default 0.2) //While regenerating, a health point will be added to your health every x seconds.
