After all of that you just go to file in notepad++ and hit save. And there you go, (Also you might want to go to tools in edith and go to edit and redirect what DDS files you have for the mtl head file you just replaced. Don't forget to get the DDS files (Costum skin files) of the head and add them into (For example the TnA) Folder. And direct those DDS files to the correct mtl file. You might also have to do the same thing for multiple files and even add slots if the head comes in multiple pieces (Which is the complicated part.)
Or like the first option, but instead just go to the original outfit folder of the head you wanted to use, and replace the body of choice in that folder by getting the body from the folder of the body you want to use. Do that instead, that's much easier.
