Mapworks Grandmaster Enchanter

This simple mod is for those who don't want to hunt that elusive wandering grandmaster enchanter (Karkozi the All-Powerful), gives Greezo the Enchanter (that's the one in the Mapworks) the ability to enchant your gear four times.

For balance reasons his fourth enchantment is a bit more expensive (x14) than Karkozi's (x8).
