描述
    Welcome to the Aether Balance Mod,This mod reworks several features of the game to balance out multiplayer games to create a more historical, accurate and balanced game.

Current Version:

Major features include:
  • Rework of colonialism with new ideas, tariff nerfs and gold buffs
  • Integration of Hashinshin ideas and policies
  • Nerfed African Colonisation and Increased African Attrition
  • Integration of Historical Institution Spread
  • Increased revanchism
  • French Revolution fires after 1780 and all other countries revolution can fire after 1795
  • Rework of Prussia
  • Revolutionary government buffs
  • New ideas for nations
  • Alterated tech required for certain formable countries
  • 10% Attrition Cap
  • Battles occur faster however units now move faster at historic speeds

Bug Report

Planned Features
  • Phase out Hashinshin polices and ideas with new ideas based on game balance testing
  • Adding more flavour events for countries
  • Economic nerfs for late game to make it possible to run out of money
  • Possible overall land force limit nerf mainly for mid game with greater buffs for late

It didn't save me from any mess since i wasn't in any mess as i said i won the war, but i couldnt reach livonia due bad rolls on admirals vs their 3 star one

Their early game not. the first years <3 the starting infantry combat ability is 20% in base game, 15% in the mod from what i saw
