Free trait points (3.1)

描述
Adds 9 traits so that your species can modify your trait points from -3 to +127. Useful for creating species without an overabundance of points. Version 3.1.

FAQ:

The AI will not use these traits.

Extra trait picks not included.

NOT achievement compatible.

everytime i start a new game with an empire with this mod u have to go back into editor and re add the more traits because it auto removes them

have trait mechs changed since 2018 it's 2022, so yes they have.

on my game the 64 don't appear anymore, i play with lots of mods that add trait, is possible that it is being overrided?
