Better Records Tab

描述
Applies color to the list of records on the Records tab:

- Green text = selected colonist has the max in this record
- Yellow text = selected colonist does not have the max in this record
- White text = no colonist has achieved this record yet

This helps quickly see what your colonist is best at compared to the others

I used to really enjoy this mod in the past, since it's rather unique and allows for some decent "closure" tales among my colonists, once on the ship : "Hey, I was the best at ...", "Yeah, but me at so and so...", etc.

I'm keeping it scrupulously in my Steam collection in the hope that it would be updated one day soon. It would be appreciated for sure, but let's be patient some more ^.^

It should not work until updated. The other mod that I am responsible for - Verify Start - will be published in the next day first, then hopefully I can work on this one on Sunday. Stay tuned!

@ZzZombo - never used CE, but for now consider it incompatible. I'll maybe spin up CE and see what can be done in the next few days

@MatthewTh0 - Should be safe to add or remove from existing games. Let me know if you run into issues

This seem to cause issues with Character Editor, when starting a new game and you open the Records tab of a pawn using the CE's interface. The tab becomes glitched and has no content at all.

@LiteEmUp - I have found no incompatibilities so far. Seems it can be put anywhere in the load order without issue. Every mod needs to be below Core as far as I know.
