Effectively Unlimited Carry Weight

For all the lazy people like me that don't want to run back and forth to merchants and the Lady Vengeance all the time.

Just modifies the base carry weight to an insanely high number (specifically, 1,000,000), like that other mod that did the same thing but was never updated for DE. I'm reasonably sure that you could carry every single item in the game at the same time and never come close to running out of space.

FYI--the game doesn't allot enough space in the inventory UI to show your weight limit, so as your inventory weight increases, it may look like your weight limit is getting smaller. It is not. If you mouse over your strength, you will see the full number. It will be 1,000,000 plus whatever bonuses you've gotten from strength.

Also, a side effect of this is that you can pick up and move anything regardless of your strength and how heavy it is. This could be a good thing or bad thing, depending on your view on life.
