1. Mercy has 2 skins 0 - Winged Victory and 1 - "Statue"

2. Staff has Icon options (Bodygroup); Heal or Power

3. I have simplified bones of skirt to make them more useful

4. Normally it is not easy to remove face / head so you have model xxx_Headless ;]

-Prepared pbr textures require light (environmental simulation) to brighten metal elements.. I recommend 4-6 lights directed at the model, but spaced in different places , distances and intensity. (Metal elements brighten up)
