Difficulty: Hard.

Summer 2012 in Santiago, the capital of Chile, there has been sustained protests about the educational system on almost a daily basis in Chile for over a year, including 'tomas', the occupation of schools and universities by students, refusing to allow others to enter including those who work there, basically besieging the premises. The peaceful protests are generally being hi-jacked by communist and anarchist youths, some of whom find themselves growing up in commune squats with other parentless young. President Pinats government decides to get tough of the protests that so often end in riots, now sending the Carabinero police in to some of the premises in 'tomas' and also detaining greater numbers at protests. There has been a large protest in the city centre today, and eighty of the most violent youths are being transferred to your facility. Be prepared, youths get bored easily.
