Outsourcing Booster unlocks and removes maximum outsourcing limitations for your colony.
Save game and new game compatible.
Play with or without new game rule.
It does this in one of two ways.

Without Game Rule Active
The default game offers you up to 5 outsourcing orders at any given time.
Outsourcing Booster will give you one additional outsourcing order every 10 sols starting at Sol 10.
Example: Colony Sol at 50 will give you the ability to order up to 10 orders (5 game defaults plus 5 booster)

With Game Rule Active
Outsourcing Booster will give you 1000 additional outsourcing orders which equals a maximum 200,000 points.
No increases past this amount.

Normal Game Default Play
Normally the game limits a player to only 5 orders of outsourcing.
This results in a maximum outsourcing points of 1000.

Save Games Catch-up
Adding this mod and playing save games with it for the first time will cause Outsourcing Booster to "catch you up."
If your save game is at Sol 64 for example, you will get an additional 6 orders added.
Outsourcing Booster will continue normally from there.

Funding
You still need to pay for outsourcing and have the appropriate funds to get outsourcing.

Outsourcing Booster works with save games pre Davinci where outsourcing mechanisms were different.

This mod changes outsourcing order ability only.
Any mod that changes outsourcing prices or points is unaffected and should still work.
Any mod that alters Outsource Ordering via constant modification will be have those modifications removed upon save game load or new game start.

This mod uses the new Mod Config Reborn giving you the ability to change some parameters.
