More Weapons for Custom Roles for TTT

Thanks to Lykrast and epies for the extra weapons.

ConVars:
All of these values set the weight of a specific weapon to spawn within their class.
Bigger number = higher spawn rate, smaller number = lower spawn rate, 0 = will not spawn.
