Casting Summon Incarnate on a patch of ice now gives you a proper ice-infused personal demon.

The ice incarnate can cast Winter Blast, and is immune to both freezing and slipping, because though it is very funny to watch a base-game water incarnate take one step on its summon surface and fall flat on its face, it is maybe not so great for gameplay.

In the vanilla game, casting Summon Incarnate on an ice surface yields a water-infused incarnate. Lame! The source spell 'Blessed Ice Infusion' can give you an ice incarnate of a sort, but it is really more of a souped-up water incarnate: it knows Restoration and Steam Lance. This mod renames that spell 'Blessed Water Infusion' and grants the affected incarnates the water-incarnate texture.

This mod overrides the skill Conjure Incarnate, as well as the description and visual effect of the skill Blessed Ice Infusion. For best results, it should be later in your load order than other mods that alter summoning skills.

@Blue No, it does not gain the Restoration spell. Water Incarnates still do, however.

Thanks for the kind words! Your prof pic is bringing me back to SCS for BG2, the first mod that showed me what the right tactics tweaks can do for an already great game.

It's absolutely hilarious the first time your water incarnate slips and falls on his summon surface. Thanks for your many mechanical changes to OS2. They make the game less expoitable / tactical.
