The Ultimate Swimming Pro herself, Aoi Asahina has joined the havoc of Garry's Mod! When I found this model, I couldn't resist porting it, so here we are.
There's now face posing. I just now decided to update the description to point that out.
Just an FYI: All eye posing stuff is controlled through bones. You're going to need something like the Advanced Bone Tool to move her eyes.

This model was ripped by Ziella. It comes from Cyber Danganronpa VR: The Class Trial. Yeah, I never heard of it before either, but here we are. *Not MMD.*
