-Audio Quality Improved.
-Fade Out installed.
-Audio Extended.
-Fade In installed.

It's not working because the addons won't run immediatly upon start up of the game. In order to work without waiting for the addons to load. Download "Far Cry 3 OST Main Menu.vpk" and drag it in your addons folder

Location: ( C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\left 4 dead 2\left4dead2\addons )
