This mod will give you 8 max action points with a 6 action point recovery and alow you to have up to 3 controllable summons out at a time.

there is a "divinity original sin 2 achievements mod" you can download so that you still get them with mods

This mod + summoning tweaks - permanent summons v 1.2.2.0 work together. make sure you have the 8AP gift bag turned off and restart your game.

@EvilCat I think you might have a mod that effects player stats. If so it might have a conflict between the 2 mods, maybe try changing the load priority.
