LVL1_HV2

Very basic and low cost HV for early game mobility. Designed to be upgraded as you level up (see pics).

First 3 pics are the blueprinted craft, the others represent potential upgrades.

Initially, this build uses the new hover thrusters, and has the limited hover height and thrust that is inherent with those low-level hover thruster. Once you achieve level 3 you can replace them with the better hover engines and add thrusters and RCS units as well as other upgrades. This HV moves along nicely once the minor upgrades are in place.
