LVL1_HV3

Very basic and low cost HV for early game mobility. Designed to be upgraded as you level up (see pics).

First 5 pics are the blueprinted craft, the others represent potential upgrades.

This build uses the new hover thrusters. Once you achieve level 3 you can add a rear thruster as well as other upgrades. This build is not designed to utilize the standard hover engines since it relies on the hover thrusters for thrust, adding the rear-facing thruster just adds a bit of speed/acceleration.
