You can't use them normally in battle. Now things have changed.

Powerful Wand with flechette magic powers and leveling system.
You'll become more powerful with each level.

CVars:
fl_blackhole_suck - Black Hole can suck alive npcs/players (Def. 1)
fl_blackhole_constraints - Black Hole can destroy constraints and unfreeze objects (Def. 1)
fl_saveprogress - Flechette Wand will save your progress to SQL (Def. 1)
fl_autosave - Flechette Wand will save your progress given time (Def. 10)
fl_player_reward - XP for killed player (Def. 200)
fl_showprogress - Show HUD elements XP/Level (Def. 1,clientside)
fl_resetprogress - Reset XP,level of all players on server(Admin concommand)
fl_setxp - Set XP for certain player(Admin concommand)("fl_setxp ammount playername")
Example: fl_setxp 500 Hds46
fl_setlevel - Set level for certain player(Admin concommand)("fl_setlevel ammount playername")
Example: fl_setlevel 20 Hds46

Known Issues:
Best screen resoultion is 1600x900 or else you'll have issue with HUD Elements, you can disable them with cvar,though.
This addon uses a lot of lua hooks. It mean that other addons could be incompatible with Flechette Wand.
