@Dongmyeong : Yes, without Context Sensitive Music, any music can be played.

Would I hear the music when playing a character from a different culture with the "context sensitive music" option disabled?

Unlike EU4, CK2 doesn't have any proper means to trigger music for characters of a certain religion (EU4 has actual working religious modifier code). I don't know why Paradox coded CK2 like this, but it's likely just Paradox doing what it does best.

Why not make this music pack for any orthodox-religion character? I don't play Byzantine but play serbs for example

The music in this modpack is triggered by Greek characters only, that could be why
