I am not really sure, but i think if you download this mod you can create one yourself (with and without hair)
When you are on the spawnlist search on addons for shy gal (Player model) and when you find it spawn it and right click on her. Then you should see body group and skin. If you want to add hair, mask and other click on body parts, if you want to change the skin click on skin.
