A simple HV sailboat.
Very cheap, great for quick lake or sea crossings.

0.80 hover height for water use.
It rides with the bottom layer underwater like a true boat.

For handling the vessel has single thruster rear and front but 3 thrusters each side, this gives less lateral drift in water when steering and makes the boat handling seem a little more water precise.

long fuel supply

No brakes switch disables reverse thrust for slower deceleration in water.
Some switches for spotlight, navigation lights and flashing mast beacon.
A motion sensor light on deck.

Room for passenger seats.

Spawn on land raise hover height a bit to get off ground, take to water, lower to 0.80 or as close as you can get to it :)
