HMCS and SOI cycling are not functioning.

HMCS doesnt seem to be working on the harrier. Is this a bug?

FIR compatibility has a core issue, which is that FIR script-adds his laserdesignator after you get in the aircraft, the DSMS will have no profile generated to store this, to fix this error you need to reset your DSMS system in the STAT>SYS page. I might introduce a fix that will hide the script error though when no profile is found.

On the GBU-31 issue, thanks for the heads up, I just pushed a potential fix.

Also, before I forget, it doesn't give errors messages or anything. But when you equip a GBU-31 X1 on the F-16 it uses a double rack/BRU-57 with two GBU-32s.

I found a couple issues (as to be expected with compat mods), while using the F-16, A-10, and AV-8B. It probably is an issue across al of them. I've uploaded screenshots with the errors messages.
