@D9sinc The mod allows insulting and slighting to continue, but your colonists will never physically fight as a result. I'm not aware of any other game mechanic that would cause colonists to physically fight each other, so yes, it should remove all physical fighting. If anyone knows of any other things that cause physical fighting, please let me know.

So does this remove all in-fighting?

tbh a trait or 2 should be made for these cases

hot-headed ~ quick to throw a punch when slighted by anyone, slappin' someone that slighted em gives em a nice chunk of catharsis
ill-mannered ~ hurls worse insults causing worse mood debuffs, all but chill pawns will probably go to blows. pissing people off gives em a nice boost, even if they lose
chill ~ mellow yellow, mental break boost and shrugs off even ill-mannered insults
